Return & Refund Policy

We are devoted to offering you the finest products and service. Should you find anything less than perfect with your purchase, we’re here to assist you with the utmost care.

30-Day Return Policy
If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, You must notify us within 30 business days of receiving the product if you wish to exchange or request a refund. Please ensure that all return items are in the original condition, unworn, with packaging materials present. 
To initiate a return, please send an email to support@luximal.com. 

Return Eligibility
For a return to be eligible for a 100% refund, items must be in the same condition as they were received and in their original packaging. To initiate a return, please email us clear photos of the items for preliminary assessment. In the event that the returned items are damaged, dirty, or not in their original packaging, our team will evaluate the condition of the items to determine the amount to be refunded.


Return Process
The return address is provided by email as it varies depending on your location. Please send the items to the address instructed by email. Note that failing to contact us before returning the items could result in loss of goods, in which case we may be unable to issue a return/refund.

We require that all returns be shipped with tracking to ensure that your return is received and processed correctly. Please include a photo of your shipping receipt and tracking number when you notify us of your return. Kindly be aware that the cost of return shipping falls under the responsibility of the customer, and we are unable to provide refunds for these shipping costs.

note :
For return, any promotional gifts received must be included with the returned items. Otherwise, the retail price of the promotional gift will be deducted from the refund.


Refund Amount
If the item was purchased outside of any promotion, we offer a 100% refund, except for the original shipping and return shipping costs unless the item is faulty in which case we will cover the return shipping cost.

Exchanges
You can exchange any item for a higher-priced item of the same product type (strap for strap) subject to the difference in cost being paid.

You can also exchange items for lower-valued items of the same product type (strap for strap) in which case we will refund you the difference.

Shipping and Other Costs
A charge of $3 may be charged for missing or damaged packaging materials when returned. This will be deducted from the refund amount.
The original shipping fee is not refundable except if the item received was incorrect or was faulty.
The cost of shipping exchanges to you is free unless you are exchanging an item for a second time or more from the same order, in which case shipping back to you will be charged.

Return/exchanges Processing Timeframe
Refunds or exchanges will be processed within 3-5 business days.

Refund Process
Once your return has been received and inspected by our team, we will issue a refund for the purchase price of your products. Please note that original shipping costs are not refundable. The refund process may take 2-5 business days, depending on your bank.

note :
1.The refund will be issued to your original payment account and cannot be returned to alternate cards or different forms of payment.
2.The standard shipping rate before discount will apply and is non-refundable. Although you may have enjoyed free or undervalued shipping, we do incur the original cost of shipping for every order. Therefore, we do not refund our original shipping cost.


Non-Refundable & Non-Exchangeable Items
1.Items that were worn, or sent to you as Replacement/Exchange are not refundable or exchangeable.
2.Customized products are not refundable or exchangeable.

Damage and Missing Items
If you receive a damaged item or an item is missing, please notify us within 7 business days of receipt. To assist with our quality control efforts, please include a video of the damaged item when you contact us. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
